Psychologically depressed KCR hits out at Congress

KCR claims that TRS is not able to implement/develop Telangana since Congress filed cases in court against those programs. It’s common sense, why would court ask Govt to stop implementing those programs if they are legitimate. CM KCR is truly discourteous towards court judgement. Hitting out at the congress, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today alleged the main opposition party is stalling development by dragging every initiative of the state government to courts.

Having failed to come to power in Telangana, the party is now trying to see that the TRS government does not get credit with its good work, he said.

“The total cases they filed so far is 196… ‘If they do (good work), we will not be able to win’. This is their attitude… Instead of doing positive politics, they are filing cases for political gains,” Rao told reporters.

The Congress was behind filing court cases and obtaining stays on different issues, including construction of irrigation projects, government job notifications, Mission Bhagiratha drinking water scheme, among others, he claimed.

“Is this the behaviour expected of a national party? A PIL is filed for anything we do,” Rao said.

Referring to Congress leader Digvijay Singh’s allegations against the TRS government in the ongoing probe into a drug racket busted here, Rao said his government is conducting the probe with firmness.

Problems like drugs and others thrived during the long Congress rule, the chief minister said.

The Centre is positively considering the state government’s request for transfer of certain parcel of land, which is under possession of defence authorities, in Hyderabad, Rao indicated.

The government proposes to build a new secretariat building and take up other works at the site, he said.

On opposition allegations of police torture against some Dalits in Rajanna-Sircilla district, he said only a few among the 10 accused, arrested for torching trucks, were from Scheduled Castes.

“Will any government say, beat up Dalits? The government of KCR?… You know the incident that happened. Nine-ten lorries are burnt and we will do our ‘goondagiri’. Police will take action then. Is there a board about Dalits? Those involved are caught and case is registered.

“It was an unexpected incident. You can say (Dalits are attacked) if a Dalit locality is particularly attacked. About two-three are Dalits among 10. They are trying to make it a Dalit issue. We don’t appreciate that. It should not have happened,” he said.

Asked about Congress leader Jairam Ramesh’s allegations on purchase of motor vehicles by the TRS government, Rao said he would prove his charges.
