Fate of Nakirekal in Nalgonda-Communism to Goondaism

Nakirekal Constituency is heading towards devastation. Nakirekal in Nalgonda district elected Narra Raghava Reddy, selfless leader , won the elections as MLA from the constituency in 1978, 1984, 1989, 1994 and 1999. As the floor leader of the party in Assembly, Raghava Reddy raised a range of public issues and fought for the welfare of toddy tappers, gram sevaks and weavers. He withdrew from active politics after 1999 due to health problems.

Nomula Narsaiah was elected after Raghava Reddy. There were few corruption allegations on him. Nakirekal became SC reserved in 2009 and Chirumurthy Lingaiah won for the first time and Vemula Veeresham, ex naxalite after him.

Foul mouth Veeresham threatens officials, contractors and popular for extortion.  He is involved in murder cases and encourages rowdyism in the constituency.
