Danam left- Good days ahead for Congress

Former Minister Danam Nagender resigned from the party in 2004 and Congress won. He came back to congress party and now resigned again on Friday and is likely to join the TRS.

PCC president Uttam Reddy rushed to Nagender’s house in a bid to persuade him to reconsider the decision, but the latter was not present there. Later, all the senior Congress leaders met at CLP leader Jana Reddy’s house to discuss the resignation and also the rumors doing rounds that former minister Mukesh too might leave the party.
